Welcome to Cely (“Cely,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a fragrance collection management application created to help users organize, monitor, and maintain personal perfume inventories. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Cely application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Cely, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Cely is intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who fail to meet these requirements.
Cely provides tools for recording and managing perfume-related information. Through the Service, users may:
• Upload photos of perfume products
• Record details such as perfume name, brand, bottle capacity, remaining volume, opening date, and expiration period
• View organized perfume records within the app
• Receive status reminders indicating the remaining time before expiration or whether a product has already expired
The Service is intended to help users better track usage habits, collection conditions, and product freshness over time.
You are solely responsible for all content and information uploaded through the Service. By using Cely, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Upload only content you have the right to use
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data related to the Service
4. Content Ownership and Rights
All photos, records, and collection information you upload remain your property.
By using Cely, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display your content solely for:
• Providing collection management features
• Supporting reminder and display functionality within the app
We do not claim ownership over your uploaded content.
Cely may store your uploaded records and related information to support collection tracking and reminder functions. While we aim to maintain reliable access, users remain responsible for managing and backing up important data if necessary.
All rights related to Cely’s interface, design, functionality, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service
• Modify or create derivative works from the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• The accuracy of expiration reminders or calculations
• Continuous availability of the Service
• Compatibility with all devices or data formats
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cely shall not be liable for:
• Loss of collection records or uploaded data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on reminder or expiration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is deemed unlawful, harmful, or abusive
You may stop using Cely at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
